Your Trainer: Trevor Calton

Trevor Calton (rhymes with "Walton") is a veteran of Commercial Real Estate & Mortgage Banking since 1997, with extensive experience in commercial real estate lending, acquisitions, and asset management.
Trevor is also a Professor of Real Estate Finance at at Portland State University, where he has been teaching since 2011. He also teaches private workshops and online training for investors and real estate professionals.
Since 1998, Trevor has volunteered as a career-development mentor for professionals, students, and at-risk youth. He speaks regularly to universities, non-profits, and professional associations throughout the United States.
Trevor is the recipient of numerous national and local community awards, including the prestigious United States Presidential Service Award, the Portland Business Journal's 'Forty Under 40' Award, and many others. Trevor earned both his Bachelors degree and MBA from the University of Oregon and he lives in Portland, Oregon.
