ABOUT YOUR COACH
TREVOR T. CALTON, MBA

Trevor is a veteran of Commercial Real Estate & Mortgage Banking since 1997, with experience in real estate sales, commercial lending, capital markets, investment acquisitions, and asset management.
During his career, Trevor has analyzed, sold, or acquired thousands of commercial real estate assets, overseen the management of more than 6000 units of multifamily housing, and underwritten billions of dollars of commercial loans and mortgage-backed securities.
In his first year as a real estate agent, Trevor earned both "Rookie of the Year" and "Top Producer" honors in the same year, a rarity for the industry. Since then, he has trained countless commercial real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other professionals in the analysis of real estate investments and sales skills used by top agents worldwide.
Trevor was also a Professor of Real Estate Finance at Portland State University in the Masters of Real Estate Development (MRED) program from 2011-2019. In his spare time, he still volunteers teaching career-building and development workshops, and he speaks regularly for universities, non-profits, and professional associations throughout the United States.
Trevor is the recipient of numerous national and local community service awards, including the prestigious United States Presidential Volunteer Service Award, the Portland Business Journal's 'Forty Under 40' Award, and many others. He earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Oregon, and he currently lives in the Portland area.
