Trevor is a veteran of Commercial Real Estate & Mortgage Banking since 1997, with extensive experience in commercial real estate, mortgage lending, investment acquisitions, and asset management.

Trevor is a masters professor of Finance at Portland State University, where he has been teaching since 2011. He also volunteers teaching workshops for investors, real estate professionals, students, and at-risk youth. An award-winning speaker, he speaks regularly to universities, non-profits, and professional associations throughout the United States.

 

Trevor is the recipient of numerous national and local community service awards, including the prestigious United States Presidential Volunteer Service Award, the Portland Business Journal's 'Forty Under 40' Award, and many others. He earned both his Bachelors degree and his MBA from the University of Oregon.
