SENIOR TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

Our Senior Transaction Coordinator will work directly with our brokers and executive team to help manage lending and real estate investment transactions.  

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Act as the liaison between our clients, mortgage brokers, loan originators, escrow & title, and real estate agents to coordinate transactions

  • Organize and ensure the accuracy of all transaction documents

  • Responsible for drafting written communication and managing correspondence to all parties of the escrow transaction

  • Manage deals in the pipeline related to commercial mortgage transactions and real estate acquisitions 

  • Communicate with brokers, lenders, and clients to facilitate transactions 

  • Manage digital files & folders for transactions, company records, marketing, etc. 

  • Tour & photograph commercial real estate properties

  • Create, schedule, and coordinate client-focused events to promote and develop current and new client relationships

  • Create and maintain client follow-up processes including: closing gifts, thank you’s, etc.

  • Assist in opening escrow, preparing and managing the due diligence files, and collecting closing documents

  • Assist the marketing team in the creation of marketing materials

  • Manage client contacts and property profiles in the database

  • Manage/schedule appointments and coordinate meetings

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial escrow, mortgage, and/or real estate required

  • Strong organizational skills and both verbal & written communication skills, attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite preferred

  • Experience with CRM preferred

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Organized, punctual, and reliable

  • High level of professionalism, and ability to interact with professionals in a variety of business and social settings

  • Ability to organize and track numerous activities simultaneously 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with solid clerical/administrative background

  • Able to handle multiple transactions and closings each month

  • Contract knowledge and/or the ability to read & learn contracts 

  • Strong phone and customer service skills

  • Organized and able to multitask with interruptions

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and contracts each day

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism

COMMERCIAL

MORTGAGE BROKER

Your role as a Commercial Mortgage Broker will be to serve your clients as a representative and advocate through the financing process. Our ideal team member has experience in the commercial real estate or mortgage lending industry, but . Experience as an analyst, underwriter, broker, or similar role will be given preference. Candidates must be professional, with high integrity and uncompromising ethical standards. This is a 100% commission-based position.

 

Job duties and key responsibilities include:

  • Advise clients on different loan options and financing strategies

  • Assessing a buyer's need and ensuring they meet funding requirements

  • Collect, analyze, and organize the information to underwrite and originate commercial loans

  • Source commercial real estate debt & equity opportunities

  • Present financing quotes from commercial mortgage lenders, banks and other intermediaries to the client, and communicate loan terms to borrowers with clarity

  • Research and prospect new clients

The ideal candidate will have skills & experience including but not limited to:

  • Experience in commercial real estate, mortgage origination, or escrow (or experience underwriting and structuring commercial mortgage loans )

  • Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Effective business development and client acquisition skills

  • Analytical skills, disciplined time management habits, and attention to detail

  • Comfortable reviewing, understanding, and analyzing financial statements; strong financial modeling skills in Excel

  • A proven track-record in achieving sales results

  • Strong industry contacts throughout the U.S. and an active business referral network

  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work with little supervision

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA or MRED preferred (or 5+ years of similar industry experience)
