Your role as a Commercial Mortgage Broker will be to serve the client as a representative and advocate through the financing process. Our ideal team member has 3+ years experience in the commercial real estate or mortgage lending industry. Experience as an analyst, underwriter, broker, or similar role will be given preference. Candidates must be professional, with high integrity and uncompromising ethical standards. This is a commission-based position.


Job duties and key responsibilities include:

  • Advise clients on different loan options and financing strategies

  • Assessing a buyer's need and ensuring they meet funding requirements

  • Collect, analyze, and organize the information to underwrite and originate commercial loans

  • Source commercial real estate debt & equity opportunities

  • Present financing quotes from commercial mortgage lenders, banks and other intermediaries to the client, and communicate loan terms to borrowers with clarity

  • Research and prospect new clients

The ideal candidate will have skills & experience including but not limited to:

  • 3+ years of commercial real estate or mortgage origination experience (or experience underwriting and structuring commercial mortgage loans )

  • Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Effective business development and client acquisition skills

  • Analytical skills, disciplined time management habits, and attention to detail

  • Comfortable reviewing, understanding, and analyzing financial statements; strong financial modeling skills in Excel

  • A proven track-record in achieving sales results

  • Strong industry contacts throughout the U.S. and an active business referral network

  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work with little supervision

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA or MRED preferred (or 5+ years of similar industry experience)

Do you have graphic design, social media production, video editing, or web design skills? Do you have an artistic sense of style?


The primary purpose of this role is to assist the VP of Marketing and company President in the production of our marketing campaigns and online video courses, and to help promote these courses through social media and email marketing.


Primary duties include:

  • Design and create basic graphics such as video thumbnails and quote cards for use on for social media platforms

  • Assist with final phase of video production and formatting for publication on social media platforms

  • Assist in the design & creation of the visual aesthetic portion of our ongoing email marketing campaigns

  • Assist with ongoing improvements to the look, usability, and functionality of our website

No formal professional experience required, as long as you have artistic graphic design skills demonstrated through work samples to demonstrate your skill level. The ideal candidate(s) would be competent with skills related to any/all of the following: graphic design, social media production, web design, email marketing, and copy writing.

We have multiple part-time positions and/or paid student internships available. All of our team members work from home on their own schedule, between 4-30 hours per week with potential for more.
