We offer financing programs that allow real estate owners and developers to fund energy efficiency and sustainable building upgrades, as well as new development projects. Funding is repaid over a long term (up to 30 years) with fixed payments as a special assessment on the property tax through state-legislated C-PACE programs (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy.)

A variety of improvements are covered, including seismic retrofits on unreinforced masonry buildings. The program covers 100% of qualified improvement costs, up to 30% of a building's value.
