Trevor Calton
President & Senior Consultant
Trevor Calton is a veteran of Commercial Real Estate & Mortgage Banking since 1997, with experience in real estate sales, commercial lending, capital markets, investment acquisitions, and asset management.
Since starting his career with Oregon’s largest REIT and mortgage bank in 1997, Trevor has analyzed, sold, or acquired over $5 billion of commercial real estate assets, overseen the management of more than 6000 units of multifamily housing, and underwritten thousands of commercial loans and mortgage-backed securities.
Trevor was also a Professor of Real Estate Finance in the Master of Real Estate (MSRE) program Portland State University from 2011-2019.
Trevor is the recipient of numerous national and local community service awards, including the President’s Volunteer Service Award, the Business Journal's 'Forty Under 40' Award, and many others.
He earned both his Bachelor's degree and MBA from the University of Oregon. In his spare time, he volunteers teaching career-development workshops for professionals, students, and at-risk youth.
Matthew Paresi

Matthew Paresi has worked in Commercial Real Estate Finance since 2012 and has a wealth of knowledge in commercial business banking and relationship management. He specializes in commercial multifamily and mixed-use properties, and has experience in financing both private client portfolios, as well as institutional properties over $55 million.
Matthew is a native of Portland, Oregon and a graduate of DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. An avid Portland Trail Blazers fan, he can often be found cheering for his home team at NBA games. In his spare time, he also enjoys surfing, day trading, and riding motorcycles.
