TREVOR T. CALTON
President
Trevor Calton is a veteran of Commercial Real Estate & Mortgage Banking since 1997, with experience in real estate sales, commercial lending, capital markets, investment acquisitions, and asset management.
Throughout his career, Trevor has analyzed, sold, or acquired over $5 billion of commercial real estate assets, overseen the management of more than 6000 units of multifamily housing, and underwritten thousands of commercial loans and mortgage-backed securities.
Trevor was also a Professor of Real Estate Finance in the Master of Real Estate (MRED) program at Portland State University from 2011-2019.
Trevor is the recipient of numerous national and local community service awards, including the prestigious United States Presidential Volunteer Service Award, the Portland Business Journal's 'Forty Under 40' Award, and many others.
In his spare time, he volunteers teaching career-development workshops for professionals, students, and at-risk youth. He speaks regularly for universities, non-profits, and professional associations throughout the United States. He earned both his Bachelor's degree and MBA from the University of Oregon.
MATTHEW PARESI
Senior Vice President

Matthew Paresi has worked in Commercial Real Estate Finance since 2012 and has a wealth of knowledge in commercial business banking and relationship management. He specializes in commercial multifamily and mixed-use properties, and has experience in financing both private client portfolios, as well as institutional properties over $55 million.
Matthew is a native of Portland, Oregon and a graduate of DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. An avid Portland Trail Blazers fan, he can often be found cheering for his home team at NBA games. In his spare time, he also enjoys surfing, day trading, and riding motorcycles.
JEFF SHINDLER, MRED
Vice President
Commercial Lending
Jeff Shindler has been a real estate investor and developer in Portland since 2012. He is a graduate of Portland State University's Masters of Real Estate Development program. With expertise in valuation, acquisitions and financial analysis, Jeff brings the experience and perspective of an owner / developer to lending and finance.
Jeff is an avid skier, mountain biker and scuba diver, and loves spending time with his daughter exploring the Pacific Northwest.
JASON BLUTH, CPMP

Commercial & Residential Lending
Project Management Professional
Jason Bluth has extensive experience in both residential and commercial lending.
A former 20-year veteran of Intel Corp and Nike, he managed many projects, developed business models, and conducted financial planning and analysis.
Jason’s is bilingual in English and Spanish, a graduate of Arizona State University, and is a Certified Project Management Professional (CPMP).
TONY PONZETTI, MSF
Vice President
Commercial Lending
Tony Ponzetti has worked in finance and real estate for more than 20 years. He specializes in financing for commercial real estate investment properties, as well as private jets and yachts for select clients.
Tony earned a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame’s top-ranked Mendoza College of Business. He also attended Cornell University where he studied Real Estate Finance and Investments, and Michigan State University’s Broad College of Business where he studied Management.
Tony is a board member of the Notre Dame Alumni Club of Detroit. He previously served as a member of the Membership Committee of the Grosse Pointe Yacht Club and member of the Ferrari Owners Club.
