Evergreen Capital Advisors expands its East Coast presence with the addition of Tony Ponzetti as Vice President of Commercial Lending
Evergreen Capital Advisors, a nationwide commercial mortgage brokerage and investment advisory firm, expanded its East Coast presence with the addition of Tony Ponzetti, MSF as Vice President of Commercial Lending.
Founded in 2018, Evergreen Capital specializes in financing commercial real estate investments and owner-occupied commercial properties, and SBA loans. “We are thrilled to have Tony on board as a member of our team,” stated Trevor Calton, company President. “Tony brings a depth of knowledge and professionalism that will be an asset to our organization and resource for our clients and industry partners.”
With a lifelong passion for the industry, Ponzetti began his career in the late 1990’s. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, and previously attended Michigan State University and Cornell University, and completed the Commercial Lending Certification with the Real Estate Finance Academy. Ponzetti is a current board member of the Notre Dame Alumni Club of Detroit, previously served on the Grosse Pointe Yacht Club's Membership Committee, was a member of the Ferrari Owners Club of Michigan, and has decades of experience in real estate brokerage, finance, and valuation.
